Design of Costume for Chinese Classical Dance "Lotus Dance" The lotus is the national flower of China, symbolizing purity, elegance, and beauty.

In ancient Chinese literature, the lotus is also an important image, representing noble character and spiritual realm.

Therefore, I chose the lotus as the theme for the costume I designed for a dance competition.

The color of the costume is mainly white, symbolizing purity and nobility.

The top part of the costume adopts the design of lotus leaves, while the hem presents the shape of a lotus flower, giving people a sense of freshness and naturalness.

The skirt is made of green silk, which contrasts with white and shows an elegant temperament.

In addition, I added some details to the costume, such as lotus patterns and leaf textures, making the whole costume more vivid and interesting.

Through this design, I hope to convey a pure, elegant, and beautiful image, while also showcasing the charm of traditional Chinese culture.
