The Story of Hairpin Garment
In ancient China, women used to wear long hair tied up in a bun.
However, during the Song Dynasty, a woman named Li Yuehong had a unique hairstyle that caught the attention of her husband.
He was so impressed by her beauty that he decided to create a special headwear for her.
This headwear became known as the "hairpin" and was worn by women all over China.
The hairpin was made of silk and had intricate designs on it.
It was not only beautiful but also practical, as it kept the hair out of the way and allowed women to move freely.
The hairpin became a symbol of elegance and grace in Chinese culture and is still worn today as a fashion accessory.
