I'd like to know which size to choose for a taichi uniform in silk.In the size chart for men in centimeter, X large is for height 178cm weight 93kg chest 117cm waist 102cm.
Personaly my size is : height 178cm weight 71kg chest 100cm waist 100cm.

Is it ok for X large or is it better to choose XX large ?

I'd like to know too the washing advice for the uniform in silk.
