I hope this email finds you well. My name is ChaVon Shade, and I鎶?reaching out on behalf of Boviet Solar to inquire about the design and production of a mascot for our company. We are aiming to have this mascot completed by the end of April 2025 and would like to explore working with your team.
Our mascot concept is a cheerful sun character that incorporates solar panel rays and Boviet Solar branding. Below are the details for the design:
General Design:
A friendly and cheerful sun character with a clean, professional appearance.
Solar panels integrated into the rays of the sun.
The body and face should reflect an approachable, energetic vibe.
Logo Placement:
Ideally, the Boviet Solar logo should appear on the character's hands, as shown in a previous sketch (attached).
If necessary, alternative placements (chest or back) can be considered.
Sizing and Fit:
At the moment, we are unsure who will be wearing the costume, but average sizing would likely work best for now.
Please include options for standard sizing and whether adjustments can be made if needed.
Cost Considerations:
We are looking for a design that is as cost-effective as possible.
We prefer lightweight, durable materials for ease of use and affordability.
Additionally, we may be interested in purchasing multiple costumes (potentially three). Is there a lower rate available for bulk orders?
Other Specifics:
The arms should ideally come out of the front of the mascot for a more dynamic appearance.
Vision access should be subtly incorporated between the eyes or in another discreet area.
Raised border ridges around the face and rays are optional姊﹉ese can be omitted if they significantly increase production costs.
Please let us know if the orange elements of the design can be made with lighter, budget-friendly materials instead of vinyl or heavier options.
