Hi I placed a order on January 26 2025 at 2:13am. I was charged $99 for order number C202512601011. I got the email confirmation it went through and ill be charged for that balance. But the website where I order the costume says Payment Received Information of at least one item in your order have been deleted. Cannot count this order. Please notify administrator or place an order again!
I just want to know did my order go through successfully since I already been charged. Will I be getting my costume?
