I'm writing because I ordered the wrong item. Yesterday I recieved an answer for that and I wrote a reply. Unfortunetly I haven't recieved any answer to that. Shortly it turned out I ordered an Item what i thought will be a complete uniform, but it turned out it's only a pants and I would like to cancel that order since it is for special customers only. I haven't recieved a confirmation email neither from the order, but the order number is C20231219144721. I bought it without a registrated email and after I made an account with the exact same email, and the order is not appearing in "My orders" I assume that's where I could cancel.
