Dear Sirs,
I had placed an order on 9/21 for boots. The product you sent me did not fit even though I had specified size and measurements for the boots. Your agent, Sunny Wong, acknowledged the error and assured me three weeks ago that it would be replaced with the correct size. Since then my request for a new tracking number has gone unanswered and instead have resent the old, original tracking number which is no longer useful.
This entire process of dealing with China Cart has been frustrating to say the least and I am now requesting a refund.
